We offer a variety of initiatives, including our Advancing Women Leaders and Emerging Women Leaders programs focused on helping women to develop their leadership capabilities, as well as gain the senior leadership exposure to grow and advance their careers at DTCC. We have also launched our ReEmerge program to ensure we are attracting those women who have not been employed for a long period of time to enter back into the workplace.
Our women’s employee resource group (ERG) is dedicated to leadership and the advancement of women. It provides a platform for professional development, networking and senior leadership exposure for women of all backgrounds and has the largest, most global membership of all of our ERGs.
