Before I joined the world of insurance I thought a career in insurance as a female marketer would be boring and unfulfilling. Boy was I wrong! In the short time I've spent with the company (approx. 3 years) I've been presented countless opportunities to develop my career, skills and experience! I feel like I have finally found a company who inspires me to be the very best version of myself and fully supports how high I want to climb.

There are women in middle and upper management. Women are generally given the same opportunities as men. The maternity policy could use some work. Nothing is paid outside of STD, if you qualify, and there is a week long waiting period so you must use your PTO for the first week.

I feel like this is the first employer I had that really cares about developing their employees (women and men alike).
