      "There was a rough transition from Proctor & Gamble. Things stabilized around 2019. Now the pro beauty division is being sold off. Overall it’s ok, but the compensation could be better. I’d wait until the dust has cleared with the new companies before applying."

      "Flexible working is allegedly determined by line manager, but in reality actively discouraged. Maternity benefit is poor vs industry and is designed to encourage leaving your child early. Lack of work life balance due to low resource, high demand from management and high staff turnover. "
