"The company lacks ethnic diversity at all levels and hardly any women of color. In my experience, the women at this company do not support other women and many resort to self-preservation and politics daily. "

"My manager is prime example of micromanaging, self preservationist and often tries to use me as a scapegoat or the one fight fires on her behalf. Thankfully i have experience with building relationships and problem solving so i am able to skillfully thwart her landmines. Overall my manager will serve me up, attempt to correct me in front of others, and is hoards information "

"Good pay, one of few offering fertility benefits, constant reorganizing, startup feel in a huge workforce, don’t expect much diversity but do expect micro aggressions especially from other women."
