"The onboarding is nonexistent. The pay is less than industry standard. There are only 6 paid holidays. If you are out, you are required to find someone to cover for you. No time off -- paid or otherwise -- is given if you are a contract employee. Managers are good, but are overloaded with too many clients and direct reports to support staff."

"My personal experience locally is the dedication given isn’t recognized at all if you are a female. Was told because of length and dedication to company it was actually frowned upon not looked in a positive manor anymore "

"Go somewhere else, you will never see a pay raise and very little flexibility. You could be on a third shift with no warning."
