"I've worked in two other heavy industries and have never felt more valued as a female contributor. Other leaders listen and respond to my comments as an equal. It is truly a wonderful, respectful place to work! I also have a family, which they are so supportive of me taking care of as I need to - incredible flexibility which makes me work even harder to get my job done well."
