The Product Systems Quality team is looking for a hands-on manager to lead system validation efforts for current and next-generation I/O interfaces across Apple's product lineup. You'll drive validation strategy from post-silicon bring-up through mass production, partnering closely with silicon, hardware, software, and test engineering teams.

10+ years of experience in validation or test engineering, with 3+ years in a people-management role

Deep understanding of QA methodologies and practices
Excellent presentation, spoken and written skills in both Japanese and English
