About the role:
Packaging is a primary brand touchpoint in the Indian spirits market, where a high volume of concurrent I&R projects, LEP/LTO activations, and state-specific regulatory requirements (FSSAI, CPCB, LM Acts) demand precise execution across material development, vendor coordination, and commercialisation. This role translates brand and business requirements into packaging solutions that are compliant, commercially viable, and delivered OTIF across a diverse portfolio spanning mass to premium.
Purpose of Position
This position will manage Packaging I&R projects, LEP/LTOs end to end, all PCR related developments, Artwork Management admin's role & approve Packaging BOM

Have to manage Interdependent projects with multiple touchpoints across external partners & internally with both Supply & Demand side.
