Being a member of the Enterprise Data Solutions, the Business Management Associate Director supports the business by managing a variety of department-wide activities, working with key internal stakeholders, driving team-wide processes, and acting as the point of contact for internal governance activities.

The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Enterprise Data Solutions, the Business Management Associate Director supports the business by managing a variety of department-wide activities, working with key internal stakeholders, driving team-wide processes, and acting as the point of contact for internal governance activities.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organizations efficiency.
- Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans for the business.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and materials for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings, including business reviews etc.
- Drive the development and completion of department-wide activities. This includes budgeting, strategy sessions, and town halls.
- Support key internal and external governance forums as relevant to the business by developing materials, ensuring critical matters are raised at these forums and ensuring they are resolved by working with cross functional stakeholders.
- Provide data insights and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Very proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Jira, Snowflake, Power BI and other business AI tools a plus
