About the Team
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Operations Manager to lead our TikTok Shop (TTS) certification programs for the U.S. market. - Standard Setting: Define and refine the "TTS Top-Tier Store" criteria, focusing on brand influence and authorization. Translate these high-level visions into actionable rules for merchant vetting and evaluation.
- GTM Execution & Advocacy: Lead the rollout of GTM rules across various industry categories. Act as the primary advocate for these standards, ensuring both internal teams and external merchants fully understand and successfully complete the certification process.
- Ecosystem Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of merchant certifications and user feedback. Partner closely with Product and Strategy teams to iterate on rules that build consumer trust and foster a secure platform ecosystem.
