- Partner closely with Issue Risk Prevention Program Managers to shape mitigation strategies with strong analytical grounding
- Monitor key risk metrics and their data quality, recommending adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with Risk Detection, Risk Containment, Policy and other stakeholders to inform analytical findings, drive discussions and build alignment, broadening impact of the proposed recommendations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Analysis or related analytical roles
- Strong understanding of the Trust & Safety risk lifecycle, including detection, containment and prevention

- Experience with moderation processes and automated risk detection systems applied within Trust & Safety
- Familiarity with AI and automation to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
- Understanding of the political, regulatory and cultural landscape of South Asian and/or LATAM markets and addressing localised Trust & Safety challenges
