- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to support upsells, renewals, and strategic account growth, ensuring alignment on business priorities.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimise ROI, drive efficiency, and inform future investments.
- Conduct regular business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and performance enhancement.
- Manage campaign lifecycles, ensuring timely asset delivery, spec compliance, and platform readiness in collaboration with our campaign execution team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok ad solutions, supporting clients with education and onboarding around new tools, formats and measurement products.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing Science, Measurement and Creative Lab to troubleshoot, test and scale bespoke solutions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help refine scalable best practices for the broader Client Solutions organisation.
