Our Apple Business and Education team supports our enterprises, governments, and educational institutions in transforming the way employees work and students learn. To realise this goal, we gain a deep understanding of the sectors we engage with-at all levels, from strategic to tactical. We create a vision that inspires our customers to transform their workplaces and campuses using the Apple ecosystem. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to implement solutions and new use cases.

As the Team Leader for our Field Engineers in India, you will lead, develop, and grow a world-class expert team that solves technical and business problems to ensure success for Apple, our partners, and our customers. As a team of subject matter experts in India, you and your team will provide technical pre-sales consulting with the goal of transforming the way people teach, learn, and work. Our team of Field Engineers helps to ensure the technical integrity of platforms, solutions, and apps developed for our customers to maximise the value of their investments in Apple products and services. You will also be a critical part of the India leadership team for business and education markets. You will work closely with worldwide and regional leadership and country teams, and you will serve as a thought leader for our strategic partners and alliances. This position will be located in Bangalore, Delhi, or Mumbai.

Description
We are looking for an exceptional leader who will:

Lead and develop a team of senior Field Engineers, focusing on developing strategies and plans to influence enterprises, governments, and educational institutions to invest in Apple technology while maximising the value for those investing in our ecosystem.
Represent Apple by engaging with key executive stakeholders at our major customers and partners.
Develop and implement strategies to position Apple technology effectively, and cultivate and leverage a robust ecosystem of partners.
Establish relationships and partner with executive leadership at our strategic partners and solution providers.
Provide technical leadership and consulting to the Apple sales teams, partners, and customers as you influence executives, faculty, and technical staff in a pre-sales capacity.
Architect, validate, demonstrate, and sell complete Apple hardware, software, and services solutions.
Represent and advocate for India's technical priorities to internal stakeholders across Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Services organisations, establishing yourself as an expert and partner in a global organisation.
Quickly master technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and effectively communicate them to a wide variety of audiences.
Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programmes for the team to build vital skills and knowledge to achieve performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading pre-sales technical or engineering teams. Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus. Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of end-user computing and complex technical solutions for the Enterprise and Education markets.
Knowledge of Apple products, including managing Apple devices with multiple Mobile Device Management solutions.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, and zero-touch deployment, along with relevant certifications (e.g., ACSP, JAMF, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple's values.
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimise processes and create solutions.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organisational structures, and manage complex relationships.
Deep business acumen, strategic planning, and decision-making skills; forward-thinking mindset to analyse the market beyond the short term, foresee future possibilities, and translate data into plans, strategies, and action.
Background in driving transformational change in both direct and channel sales is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 20 years in leadership roles driving strategic technical consultancy for sales teams, partners, and customers.
At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing senior-level teams, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and innovation.
