Responsibilities

The Global Monetization Product and Technology organization leads the product, engineering, and operations work behind TikTok's advertising business across global markets. Our mission is to build innovative products powered by advanced technologies that drive success for advertisers and creators worldwide.

We solve complex challenges in scaling ad solutions across diverse markets, adapting to evolving customer and regulatory needs, and balancing commercial outcomes against a trusted, engaging user experience. The quality of that work directly influences client success, platform trust, and the sustainable growth of TikTok's global advertising business.

You will shape the future of digital advertising, on work with measurable impact across TikTok's global ecosystem.

About the Team
TikTok's Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) team builds the advertising products that help businesses of every size grow on TikTok. Within GMPT, the Product Strategy team is a thought partner to product and business leaders. We bring market intelligence, sharp problem framing and clear trade-offs to the decisions that shape our products.

About the Role
You will support the product and business leaders behind TikTok's monetization platform.
The role suits someone who is as comfortable defining the problem as solving it, and who wants their research to end in decisions, not decks.

Responsibilities
- Build a sharp, fact-based view of the AI × sales / CRM landscape - industry practices, competitive moves across established players and startups, and emerging business models - and translate it into clear implications for product, customer and go-to-market decisions.
- Frame and own a research agenda around the questions that matter most for the business, not only the ones already asked. Set milestones, share work in progress early, and iterate with product and business leaders.
- Partner with product and business teams to turn ambiguous questions into decision-ready proposals: defining scenarios and workflows for AI products in the sales motion, evaluation frameworks (evals), and iteration methodologies.
- Drive priority initiatives for business leaders through product insight, data analysis and customer research - from strategic recommendation to execution.
- Build forward-looking understanding of the AI SaaS landscape (new categories, companies and business models) to inform the platform's medium- and long-term choices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, and 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate or product strategy, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong structured problem-solving: you can take an ambiguous question, define it, break it down and drive it to a decision-ready answer.
- Quantitative rigor, including market sizing, data analysis and precise metric definitions.
- Clear, conclusion-first communication with leaders, in writing and in person.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B / SaaS; sales or CRM SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
- A mix of consulting and in-house strategy experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI (e.g., AI agents, evaluation and iteration methodologies). You try new tools yourself and form your own view.
- Experience working with or alongside large sales organizations, GTM or revenue operations.
- A track record of owning an open-ended, long-horizon topic and building a point of view that influenced real decisions.
