• Provide regular project status updates to leadership.
• Maintain Corporate Work Plan data, project documentation, and facility drawing updates.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 4 years of relevant experience preferred (candidates with less experience considered based on education, technical aptitude, and internships).
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust Suitability (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with 3 years' residency).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

Desired Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated professionalism, collaboration skills, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced technical setting.
• Sound judgment, accountability, and openness to feedback and growth.
