Responsibilities

The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops the technology behind ad creative production, interpretation, and optimization, so advertisers, creators, and partners can deliver experiences users actually want to watch.

We work on scaling creative production, understanding diverse content, and optimizing ad performance, while preserving the authentic sense of discovery that makes TikTok distinctive. The quality of those solutions directly influences user engagement, advertiser success, and the growth of the creative ecosystem.

You will shape the future of AI-powered advertising creativity, on work with impact at global scale.

Program Intern (Conversion-Oriented): for graduating students who are looking for full-time conversion as the primary objective.

About the Role
Creative content is the soul of advertising.
The Commercial Partnerships Solutions team empowers advertisers, creators, and partners to unlock the full potential of TikTok's creative ecosystem. We support advertisers throughout their media journey by enabling access to creative media solutions, production partners, and scalable content strategies designed for TikTok.
As our advertising solutions and product ecosystem continue to evolve, campaign execution and product adoption have become increasingly challenging. To support this growth, the team works closely with the Sales team, agencies, and advertisers to ensure content projects are effectively planned, executed, and scaled.
We're looking for an organized and proactive intern to support the CPS team with project coordination and day-to-day operations. The intern will work closely with a Project Manager, helping track requests, manage administrative processes, follow up on deliverables, and prepare project presentations.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.

Responsibilities:
You will support the CPS team across business review docs, GTM, enablement, and day-to-day project operations in LATAM. Your work will directly influence how our products are positioned, how partners are enabled, and how smoothly operations run behind the scenes.
- Organize incoming requests and help track priorities, deadlines, and next steps.
- Support the day-to-day work of a Project Manager, including keeping project plans and status updates organized.
- Assist with contract and payment workflows. Submit payment requests and follow up on payment orders through the relevant internal processes.
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and partners to help ensure information, approvals, and deliverables are provided on time.
- Prepare and update presentations for projects, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting notes.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the CPS team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to develop clear product messaging, compelling presentations, and partner-facing materials.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to track operational progress, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in English to collaborate with global stakeholders. Spanish proficiency is required to support partner communication, product enablement, and go-to-market activities across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, or the creator economy.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to coordinate requests and communicate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Ability to support operational workflows, including documentation, contract coordination, payment requests, and administrative processes.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Interest in advertising technology and AI-powered products.
