Develop and validate mechanical fixtures, assembly mechanisms, and automation layouts based on intricate product drawings.
Execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) to identify optimal processing parameters, evaluate prototype technologies, and ensure machine stability.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Design Engineering to assess the manufacturability of new features and recommend capable production equipment.

For Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQE):

Develop and implement advanced quality inspection tools and measurement technologies to evaluate cosmetic, material, and dimensional part characteristics.
Compile and analyze manufacturing data, leveraging data science or statistical principles to determine appropriate limits and process specifications.
Lead Failure Analysis (FA) and root cause investigations to resolve process yield issues and drive continuous quality improvements.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to evaluate product designs and manufacturing methods to ensure ambitious specifications are achieved at massive production scale.

Preferred Qualifications
Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, 2D/3D design, measurement technologies, and core manufacturing processes.
Track record of conducting root cause analysis or evaluating data using statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) for process optimization.
Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB) with exposure to automation control methodologies, computer vision, or machine learning.
High self-motivation combined with a highly detail-oriented and results-driven approach to solving hands-on engineering problems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to multi-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
