Construction / QC Internship (March - May 2027) - Austin, TX

The Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in materials testing, asphalt quality control, and field-based construction research. Interns will work alongside experienced laboratory technicians, field inspectors, and operations personnel to understand how quality standards are developed, measured, and maintained in asphalt production and paving operations. This role emphasizes professional development through real-world application of engineering and technical coursework, allowing interns to build both interpersonal and analytical skills in a collaborative team environment. • Observe and assist with density testing, temperature monitoring, and field quality assurance procedures.
  • Gain exposure to construction site operations and understand how laboratory results correlate with field performance.
