As the business scales globally, we take on complex, business-critical challenges across network design, operational efficiency, service quality, and the differing needs of each local market, work that strengthens partner experiences and supports sustainable growth.

You will help build scalable logistics capabilities that support TikTok Commerce across global markets.

TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner.

The Logistics Operations Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the site, driving day-to-day execution across inbound processing, warehouse flow, and outbound transportation coordination. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, throughput achievement, and service-level performance within high-volume logistics hubs.

- Monitor daily operational performance, including throughput, productivity, UPH, and service level metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop staffing plans and allocate labor resources based on forecasted volumes and operational priorities.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, capacity constraints, inventory congestion, and workflow backlogs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with warehouse operations, transportation, and line haul teams to ensure seamless end to end execution and timely shipment processing.
- Conduct daily operational reviews, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and frontline associates through training, performance management, and career development.
- Build a high performing, accountable, and safety focused team culture.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and workplace safety standards, including 5S practices.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for shift level operational issues and drive timely resolution to minimize business impact.
