WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, Process Excellence, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.

Partner with regional and global stakeholders to design, test, and implement process and system enhancements.
Support project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, change readiness, implementation, and post-launch support.
