Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

We are looking for a Business Partnerships Manager, Financial Services to drive growth with FinServ advertisers across Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile. This person will manage a defined set of client relationships, execute against full-funnel growth plans, and help turn platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes for banks, fintechs, payments companies, lending players, wallets, investment platforms, and insurance advertisers.

The right candidate combines solid commercial instincts with hands-on performance-marketing fluency. They can discuss CAC, ROAS, funnel leakage, app acquisition, web conversion, lead quality, creative testing, and measurement with a performance team, and are learning to translate those topics into a clear growth narrative for client stakeholders. They are also building an understanding of digital media partnerships: how platforms, networks, creators, placements, ad products, measurement solutions, incentives, and joint business plans come together to create durable client growth.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who learns aggressively and wants to develop into a senior sales person. They will own client outcomes from day one, while partnering closely with senior BPMs and regional leads on the most strategic conversations, and will be expected to grow from managing accounts well toward thinking about how the broader FinServ industry should grow with TikTok and partner media solution.

Responsibilities
1. Account Growth and Execution
- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile FinServ advertisers, with a focus on revenue delivery, forecast accuracy, and strong day-to-day client relationships.
- Execute account plans that connect client business priorities to measurable media outcomes, including user acquisition, funded accounts, loan applications, card acquisition, deposits, app activation, qualified leads, and brand consideration.
- Identify share-of-wallet opportunities in assigned accounts and support entry strategies for accounts where platform adoption is still early.
- Help close quarterly forecast gaps through account-level actions, including upsell opportunities, incentive plans, creative actions, measurement fixes, and partner-product adoption.

2. Performance Marketing Excellence
- Serve as a credible day-to-day performance partner for client marketing and growth teams, media agencies, and internal performance specialists.
- Diagnose campaign performance across funnel stage, objective, optimization event, audience setup, creative volume, bidding, budget allocation, landing-page or app flow, and measurement setup.
- Contribute to and execute scalable performance playbooks for FinServ use cases, including app acquisition, web conversion, lead generation, retargeting, creator-led performance, and branding-to-performance handoffs.
- Help clients move from tactical media buying toward structured test-and-learn programs with clear hypotheses, clean measurement, and repeatable decision rules.
- Surface technical or operational blockers - campaign pauses, event setup, creative shortages, tracking gaps, product readiness - and drive them toward commercial resolution rather than letting them sit outside the revenue plan.

3. Digital Media Partnerships
- Support partnership motions that connect TikTok, Pangle, partner inventory, measurement, creative, incentives, and product adoption into one client growth story.
- Contribute to joint business plans with FinServ clients, including quarterly priorities, product adoption roadmap, investment commitments, operating cadence, and checkpoints.
- Work with internal partner teams to build proposals that reflect how banks, fintechs, lenders, and payments companies actually make media decisions.
- Help clients understand when to use branding, performance, app, web, lead-generation, consideration, and partner-network solutions, and how those motions reinforce each other.
- Represent the FinServ vertical in cross-functional discussions with support from senior BPMs, developing a clear industry point of view on partnerships, measurement, and incentives.

4. Industry Development
- Build a strong view of FinServ trends in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, including digital banking, credit, payments, wallets, super-apps, lending cycles, regulatory sensitivity, app adoption, and competitive media behavior.
- Translate market changes into practical client actions, for example competitive-response plays, app-growth recovery plans, or wallet-share expansion ideas.
- Help develop repeatable vertical narratives that explain why TikTok and partner media solutions matter for the next phase of FinServ growth.
- Learn FinServ business models, client decision cycles, risk constraints, and the difference between brand, acquisition, and monetization objectives, and start coaching junior or cross-functional stakeholders on them.
