Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

On TikTok people discover what to watch, buy and try next. In the Benelux, we help leading brands and agencies turn that attention into measurable business growth, across every stage of the funnel.

As a Client Solutions Manager (CSM), you are the solutions lead for a portfolio of advertisers. You work with their marketing teams to turn their business goals into campaigns that work, and you prove their success with data.

You work as a duo with a Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM). The BPM owns the longer term strategy and senior relationships with the client, and leads the two of you towards your shared revenue target. You own the solution: strategy, tactics, measurement and optimisation. Together you co-own the growth plan and the results.

Key responsibilities
- Translate client objectives into full-funnel campaign strategies, and own execution end to end: advice on setup, launch, optimisation and reporting.
- Design measurement upfront: agree on the KPIs, get tracking right (pixel, Events API) and run lift and incrementality studies that prove impact.
- Be the go-to product expert for your clients and agencies: bring in new solutions, run tests and scale what works.
- Find growth in the data: spot incremental opportunities and build the case with your BPM to land them.
- Bring insights to QBRs and executive reviews, with clear recommendations, not just reports.
- Work with Product, Measurement, Creative and Solutions Engineering to remove blockers fast and feed client needs back into the product.
- Based on the vertical you'll be working in, you'll focus more on performance or branding, respectively.

What success looks like
- After 3 months: you've learned everything about your portfolio, its data and its stakeholders, and run day-to-day execution independently.
- After 6 months: you're the trusted product POC for your clients, with a growth plan per key account co-owned with your BPM.
- After 12 months: you are able to build and execute a product-first account plan per client, driving long term growth across the portfolio

What you bring
- 3+ years in client solutions, account management, performance marketing or media, at a platform, agency or advertiser. Experience in Advertising Sales is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with auction-based, self-serve ad platforms, across both brand and performance objectives.
- Strong analytical skills: you turn campaign and measurement data into clear recommendations that clients act on.
- Strong project management: you prioritise, organise and align many stakeholders without losing the detail.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal, no Dutch required.

How you work
- You are comfortable with the constant change that a fast-paced company like TikTok brings.
- You like to test, learn and share what works with your team.
- You say what you think, and bring the data to back it up.
- When something breaks, you like to own it and fix it fast.
- You enjoy building a positive, high-performing team culture.
