You bring a data-driven mindset, strong product execution skills, and the ability to simplify complex problems into clear product decisions. You excel at balancing long-term strategic vision with day-to-day execution, synthesizing insights, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

- Team-first mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves

Preferred:

- Experience in consumer, retail, footwear, apparel, or digital product creation ecosystems

- Background in platform product management

- Experience managing executive communications or business presentations

- Translating user needs into technical requirements with Engineering

- Optimizing user journeys and platform health across CP&I tools and services

- Making evidence-based trade-offs between user needs, complexity, and business value

- Investigating issues, performing root-cause analysis, closing systemic gaps
