- Build a high-performing team culture focused on client impact, collaboration, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous development.
- Set clear team priorities, performance expectations, and development plans to support both business growth and talent growth.
- Identify talent gaps, support hiring efforts, and develop succession planning within the team.

Strategic Client Consultation
- Act as a senior consultant to key clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders, helping brands connect their marketing objectives with measurable business outcomes.
- Establish TikTok's value as a key part of clients' media mix, communication strategy, and long-term business plans.

- Drive adoption of TikTok's advertising and commerce solutions, including Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop, Performance Ads, Branding Ads, Search Ads, Creative Solutions, and emerging products where applicable.
- Lead senior-level narratives, workshops, business reviews, and education sessions to upskill clients and agencies.

Account Growth, Campaign Excellence & Revenue Impact
- Oversee post-sale client relationships across key accounts and agencies, ensuring strong campaign execution, performance optimization, and long-term account growth.
- Partner closely with Brand Partnerships leaders to support account planning, opportunity planning, revenue growth, and strategic client engagement.
- Guide the team in reviewing media plans, providing optimization recommendations, and ensuring clients are set up for campaign success.
- Drive stronger focus on Always-On content, performance objectives, and full-funnel solutions to support revenue attainment.
- Ensure high-quality campaign monitoring, reporting, account audits, and actionable post-campaign insights.
- Track revenue impact, product adoption, campaign performance, and client growth across the book of business.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, agencies, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustained business growth.
- Work closely with Brand Partnerships, Product Strategy & Operations, Measurement, Creative, Marketing, Agency, and TikTok Shop teams to unlock growth opportunities.
- Drive market-level priorities, product adoption, programs, and packages aligned with Vietnam business objectives.
- Share client, market, and vertical learnings across Client Solutions teams and broader business teams through case studies, best practices, and regular knowledge sharing.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on strategic projects, business reviews, and complex client opportunities.
