As part of the TikTok Platform Responsibility organization, the Global Quality Operations team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of reliability and efficiency for the systems and tools used by our global content moderation workforce. We drive operational excellence by building effective end-to-end ticket and user issue management, standardizing quality and training frameworks, and integrating scalable AI solutions into our quality assurance and ticket audit processes. By partnering closely with product experts and our global vendor operations teams, we continuously identify opportunities for improvement and bridge operational gaps to deliver the most seamless content moderation platform experience.

- Maintenance & Optimization: Continuously monitor, maintain, and upgrade existing AI tools to ensure high performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with quality assurance specialists, operations managers, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and discover opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models seamlessly into existing enterprise systems, databases, and operational workflows.
- Data Strategy & Security: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to data privacy regulations and security compliance standards. Work with data pipelines to ensure high-quality data input for model training and inference.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for AI within the team, providing guidance and training on new tools to non-technical stakeholders.
