About the Team
The Client Solutions team at TikTok helps nurture and grow client accounts through high-touch client service, strategic consultation, and education on TikTok's advertising solutions. The team supports brands and agencies in achieving their marketing and business objectives by providing holistic solutions that combine product knowledge, vertical expertise, performance insights, and market-level strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration is central to the team's success. Client Solutions works closely with Brand Partnerships, Product Strategy & Operations, Measurement, Creative, Marketing, and other internal teams to unlock business growth and deliver impactful full-funnel solutions for clients.
We are looking for a Client Solution Lead to support the Apps & Gaming, Finance, and Automotive verticals in Thailand. This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on digital advertising expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to provide consultative solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities
1. Client Strategy & Business Growth
- Lead client solution strategies across Apps & Gaming, Finance, and Automotive clients in Thailand, helping advertisers achieve their business and marketing objectives through TikTok's advertising solutions.
- Partner closely with Brand Partnerships teams on account planning, opportunity planning, pipeline management, and revenue attainment.
- Identify growth opportunities within the book of business by leveraging market landscape, advertiser needs, vertical trends, product adoption, and revenue data.
- Support the development of strategic plans to onboard, educate, and grow advertisers through tailored initiatives, scaled programs, workshops, and business reviews.
- Establish TikTok's value as a key part of clients' media mix and long-term communication strategy.

2. Campaign Management, Optimization & Measurement
- Provide consultative guidance on full-funnel campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across branding, performance, app, lead generation, and conversion objectives.
- Review and challenge media plans, provide optimization recommendations, and ensure clients are set up for campaign success.
- Drive adoption of TikTok's advertising and measurement solutions, including Pixels, MMPs, Brand Lift Studies, Conversion Lift Studies, Ad Effectiveness solutions, and other relevant tools.
- Build Test & Learn plans and measurement frameworks to help clients better understand campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights with actionable next steps through post-campaign reporting, account audits, and business reviews.

3. Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Build trusted relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key client stakeholders across the Apps & Gaming, Finance, and Automotive verticals.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Brand Partnerships, Product, Measurement, Creative, Marketing, and Operations, to develop holistic client solutions.
- Support regular business reviews with clients and agencies, taking a consultative and long-term approach to strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain visibility on business priorities and provide timely, transparent updates to leadership.
- Share client, market, and vertical learnings across the Client Solutions team through best practices, playbooks, case studies, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

4. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead by example through strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contribution to an open and supportive team culture.
- Coach and support Client Solutions Managers by sharing expertise in brand building, media solutions, performance marketing, measurement, and troubleshooting.
- Improve team efficiency by optimizing workflows, supporting task prioritization, and driving adoption of automation where applicable.
- Contribute to building a more self-sufficient and high-performing Client Solutions team.
- Be hands-on when needed in campaign management, optimization, and strategic client engagements.
