  • Experience leveraging analytics, consumer insights, and experimentation to drive product decisions and business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers and contributing to a strong product management culture
  • An engineering background is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with A/B testing is desirable - setting up the tests, creating testing portfolios and testing hypotheses, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll lead the evolution of Converse's digital commerce experience, partnering across business, technology, UX, and analytics teams to define priorities, deliver capabilities, and continuously improve consumer and business outcomes. You'll own the product roadmap for key commerce experiences while leveraging experimentation, performance insights, and consumer feedback to inform future investment decisions.

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across key digital commerce capabilities within the browse-to-buy journey
  • Identify opportunities through consumer insights, business needs, analytics, and market trends
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and optimization
  • Partner with Technology, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality consumer experiences
  • Drive roadmap prioritization and investment recommendations by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Lead the digital commerce experimentation portfolio, defining learning agendas and scaling successful outcomes
  • Partner with Analytics teams to define success metrics, measure performance, and evaluate product impact
  • Synthesize analytics, experimentation results, and consumer insights into clear recommendations that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities
