Position Overview

As a Mobile Branch Banker, you'll regularly drive a 30' Mobile Branch vehicle bringing financial education, guidance, and access directly into underserved communities. You'll build trusted relationships, and help consumers improve their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
*Proactively engage consumers in the community: Approach consumers to connect and engage in financial based exploratory conversations.
*Build community relationships: Self-source prospective partner organizations, initiate outreach, and build relationships that expand the Mobile Branch's presence and impact.
*Deliver financial education: Lead seminars and financial conversations that support financial well-being.
*Support community deployments: Travel to multiple partner locations and events each day, adapting to community needs.
*Operate the Mobile Branch: Regularly drive the 30-foot Mobile Branch vehicle and provide a safe, welcoming experience.

Job Description

• Builds the retail customer base through proactive, outbound quality sales conversations. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Sells the bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients outside of branch in non-PNC locations, demonstrating how PNC can help them achieve their financial goals. Identifies and independently acts upon sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales goals. Responsible for establishing connections between clients and PNC partners (ie. PNC Investment, PNC Mortgage, and other consumer loan solutions) based on clients' financial needs and goals.
• Grows customer household relationships through onboarding new clients and building a strong pipeline of appointments for branch and PNC partners. Demonstrates value for customers to achieve greater financial well-being by driving deep needs-based conversations.
• Creates an exceptional customer experience at events in a variety of external locations to drive desired acquisition, customer loyalty and increased share of wallet. Stengthens client relationships through planning continued on-site events.
• Understands PNC capabilities, educates and coaches customers on technology options.
• Selling at non-PNC locations requires: Access to a reliable vehicle transportation for travel to multiple work locations on a daily basis; and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds (inclusive of, but not limited to, marketing materials, collateral and/or other promotional items as required).

"Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) in excess of 10,001 pounds but less than 26,001. Obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate in accordance with state and federal requirements. Must have a current/up to date Driver's License issued by the state where you will be working/driving, along with a clean driving record "

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $41,250.00 - $68,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
