To support our employees’ physical, emotional and financial well-being, we offer a robust benefits package and convenient on-site services that make their busy lives easier. This includes 100% Fisher-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for our employees and their eligible dependents (for individuals, this could mean an annual savings of $7,500; for a family, it could mean up to $23,000). We also provide the support employees need to achieve their financial goals with a 50% match on every dollar contributed to their 401(k), up to the IRS maximum.
We offer programs designed for your work and personal life, including schedule flexibility. Eligible employees experience generous paid holidays and 20 days of PTO, and in a recent survey, 90% of our employees indicated they are able to take time off from work when necessary.
At Fisher Investments, we understand the importance of family and are committed to providing employees with the benefits that matter most, including an 8 week paid Primary Caregiver Benefit which pays in addition to any eligible disability benefits. Employees are encouraged to take bonding leave with their child, and we have designed that leave time with flexibility and financial security in mind. All birthing parents are eligible for at least 18-20 weeks of total time off for recovery and bonding after childbirth; non-birthing parents, including adoptive parents, are eligible for up to 12 weeks of bonding leave. In addition, with a personal in-house contact, we are here to help employees navigate the planning and preparation (as well as company leave procedures) – a sometimes daunting task on top of new parental duties.
Fisher provides 1-on-1 assistance from a dedicated contact for support with the leave of absence process both before and during maternity leave. After employees return to work, we offer Wellness rooms dedicated specifically to nursing parents. Our health plans offer full coverage for birthing parents’ preventive care, including well-parent visits and preventive screenings, as well as breast pumps. Through our Kaiser Permanente health plan, birthing parents can access a variety of fertility benefits, including infertility diagnoses, office visits, laboratory and imaging services, artificial insemination, and fertility drugs.
We are committed to maintaining a well-rounded and flexible benefits package that provides the care and resources employees need at all stages in their lives, including when they embark on the adventure called parenthood.
