Are there any internal employee groups, program or initiatives that support women at your company?
Yes, we have a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Program, with focus areas on talent acquisition, development, and engagement. The firm also offers Employee Resource groups to create a sense of community across the firm.
Fisher trains all employees on core diversity and inclusion concepts and holds Inclusive Leadership Workshops for all people managers. Fisher also delivers two annual third-party administered engagement surveys to measure employment sentiment. These surveys give employees the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on our efforts to always be a great and inclusive workplace where all feel they belong.
