Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

The Client Solutions team builds scalable, long-term partnerships through best-in-class campaign services for direct clients and agencies. In this role, you'll join the Commerce team with a focus on Commerce clients, helping top brands craft impactful narratives and drive measurable results.
We're a team of ambitious, hands-on self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You'll need to be proactive, highly independent, and confident in client-facing settings-driving strategy, execution, and innovation to shape the future of digital advertising on our platform.

Responsibilities
- Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing) on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve advertising outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.
- Manage and grow client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
- Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships, in close collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers.
- Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis.
- Develop compelling sales materials and presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, industry insights, and third-party data.
- Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.
- Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management or digital marketing/advertising.
- 3+ years of experience in Commerce
- 3+ years of media planning expertise and advertising effectiveness/measurement
- Experience of hands-on campaign management across digital platforms and advertising tech products.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with auction-based digital advertising platforms and ad-tech products, including campaign setup, delivery, optimisation and measurement.
- You are able to demonstrate Ad tech product knowledge and campaing management in the Commerce industry
- Experience managing performance-focused campaigns, including conversion and/or app objectives.
- Ability to independently advise clients and agencies on campaign strategy, execution and optimisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media.
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills.
- Background/experiences in performance and branding campaigns.
- Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
