Here at Apple, we believe that the right blend of hardware, software, and curated experiences can transform a house into a home that serves and entertains its residents. This is your opportunity to join Apple's Home Hardware group and help build the future!

We're seeking a highly motivated cross-functional leader with a passion for turning strategic vision into company-wide planning and action. You'll help shape strategy across platform, product, services, ecosystem, and end-to-end compute infrastructure.

Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to plan, develop, and integrate system strategy for the future platform of Apple products and services in the Home domain. The Home Platform System Integrator is responsible for driving cross-company technical convergence spanning Hardware Technologies, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Center Infrastructure, Services, and Product Marketing. You will own the definition and communication of strategy, set and deliver against key milestones and commitments, evaluate and converge technical trade-offs, and influence cross-team leadership to guide hardware and software platform direction. Success in this role requires the ability to translate broad strategic vision into action, strong product intuition, a systems-level mindset, and a lead-from-the-front approach to cross-functional strategic and technical alignment. We're looking for someone who can dive into the details, yet consistently elevate conversations to keep decisions anchored to user experience and product vision.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity through structured and creative thinking, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. They communicate with empathy and precision, tailoring messages to resonate across audiences and disciplines. A strong sense of ownership, a product-first mentality, and a collaborative spirit are essential, as is the ability to orchestrate direction across a broad set of partners from many disciplines. You should be someone who can identify opportunities others may miss, form compelling ideas, and drive them into action, whether that means working through technical trade-offs, building cross-functional consensus, or shaping the future direction of the product.","responsibilities":"Drive the organization of strategic Home platform initiatives through consistent documentation, cross-team messaging, and leadership commitment
