The people here at Apple don't just create products - we create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries. The diversity of people and their ideas inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!

Across Latin America, small businesses are an important and growing part of how Apple reaches customers - and the ways they discover, evaluate, and buy technology continue to evolve. This role exists to build the marketing engine that meets them wherever they are.

As the ALAC Channel Marketing Lead for Small Business & Digital Players, you will own demand generation strategy across multiple routes to market - including partner retail, digital channels, and operator partnerships. You will design and execute marketing programs that drive results across the full funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention. You will be the bridge between Apple's brand and the channel partners who bring it to life for small business customers across the region.

Description
- You know how to make marketing investment work across channels. You have planned, allocated, executed, and measured partner marketing budgets - and you can show where investment drove results and where it didn't. (Functional skills - channel marketing)
- You think in funnels, not campaigns. You understand that awareness without conversion is waste, and you design programs with the full journey in mind - from first impression to closed sale. (Strategic thinking - funnel architecture)
- You operate fluently across physical and digital. You understand that a small business owner shopping online behaves differently than one walking into a retail environment - and you design for both. (Market acuity - channel fluency)
- You are comfortable with data and modern marketing tools. You use analytics platforms, content tools, and performance dashboards as core parts of how you work. You believe creativity gets sharper when it's informed by data. (Technical fluency)
- You build trust across a diverse partner landscape. You can work with a digital channel partner, a distributor, and a retail partner in the same week - and co-create plans with each. (Capacity to connect - partner influence)
- You simplify regional complexity into executable plans. ALAC spans different market maturities, regulatory environments, and consumer behaviors. You distill that into clear, prioritized marketing actions. (Focus and simplify)
- You bring creative energy grounded in commercial outcomes. Your campaigns are both memorable and measurable - ideas that sell, not just ideas that impress. (Creative judgment)","responsibilities":"Own the regional marketing investment strategy for the small business segment - from planning and allocation through execution, attribution, and ROI measurement.
Design demand generation programs that work across multiple routes to market - adapting creative, messaging, and tactics to each channel's dynamics and the small business buying journey.
Build and manage the marketing funnel framework for channel-led campaigns, ensuring programs move small business customers from awareness through to purchase.
Partner with resellers, distributors, digital channel partners, and operators to co-develop and execute localized marketing plans aligned with Apple's brand standards and quarterly priorities.
Lead in-store marketing strategy for the small business audience - from merchandising and point-of-sale to experiential programs that drive product consideration and attach.
Define and scale the digital marketing approach for online channels, including co-branded content, storefront optimization, and performance marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with operator partners to ensure Apple's small business proposition is well-represented across their go-to-market programs.
Establish data-driven measurement practices - define KPIs per channel, track campaign performance, and use insights to continuously optimize program investment.
Leverage modern marketing tools and platforms to scale campaign execution, personalize partner marketing assets, and surface actionable insights from program data.
Coordinate with field marketing, channel business development, sales, and country teams to ensure programs are aligned with business objectives and product launch cycles.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing to small business audiences in Latin American markets.
Familiarity with digital channel dynamics - how online platforms acquire, engage, and convert SMB buyers.
Understanding of operator go-to-market models relevant to business customers.
Track record of using modern tools and automation to scale marketing output and improve ROI.
Experience working within or alongside Apple's channel partner ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or demand generation - with demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets and partner co-marketing programs across multiple routes to market.
Experience designing marketing programs across both physical retail and digital/e-commerce environments.
Proven ability to build and measure full-funnel marketing campaigns with clear attribution to business outcomes.
Familiarity with data analytics and modern marketing tools applied to execution and performance optimization.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work across cultures, languages, and time zones in a regional role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
