Responsibilities

The Global Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) team enables sustainable growth in TikTok's advertising business. We partner with business leaders on strategy setting, revenue planning, and pricing and incentive policy, and we improve the tools and processes sales teams rely on every day.

We turn complex business decisions into operating models that scale, protecting both customer outcomes and long-term profitability. You will shape the strategy and the operating models behind TikTok's advertising business.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of global commercial advertising business, agency ecosystem and regional market characteristics. Take part in the research and design of agency growth strategies, incentive policies and governance mechanisms to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in the end-to-end rollout of global agency policies, covering policy formulation, business modeling, cross-team review, launch execution, sales communication, implementation tracking and performance review, to facilitate effective implementation and continuous iteration of policies.
- Monitor core business metrics and policy performance. Conduct analysis on agency growth, customer portfolio, ROI of incentive programs, regional variance, product adoption, customer acquisition and retention. Identify growth opportunities, execution gaps and potential risks, deliver structured insights and actionable recommendations to support business decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with product, data, operations, legal, finance and overseas regional teams to deliver strategy and policy initiatives. Track key milestones, map business workflows, coordinate and resolve execution issues, so as to improve project delivery efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
- Support platform governance, permission management and business process optimization. Assist in refining data usage standards, approval workflows and information circulation procedures, and promote standardized and refined management of global commercial business.
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills. Able to articulate ideas clearly, align proactively on requirements, and support cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive projects forward.
