Identify and implement optimization opportunities by proposing strategic solutions and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs). Support automated integration and end to end testing through alignment with DevOps CI/CD pipelines as part of the SDLC process. Conduct tool and platform evaluations, including capability analysis, technology compatibility assessments, integration feasibility, and readiness for next generation technologies such as BOTs and AI. Ensure alignment of toolsets with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
