Within GNE, the Service Support Centre (SSC) provides customer service for Buyers, Sellers, and Creators across the globe. We are seeking a Core Seller Growth Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with high-potential sellers through outbound channels (phone, WhatsApp, email) to drive seller acquisition, onboarding, activation, and growth.
- Own the seller journey from lead qualification and onboarding through early activation and progression toward higher GMV levels.
- Build strong relationships with sellers, understand their business needs, and translate TikTok Shop opportunities into clear actions that support sustainable growth.
- Manage a portfolio of sellers with proactive follow-up, identifying the next actions, opportunities, and blockers required to accelerate their performance.
- Guide sellers on the adoption of key TikTok Shop growth levers, including product assortment, campaigns, advertising, LIVE, content, and creator collaboration.
- Identify high-potential sellers and growth opportunities, using seller performance and business context to prioritize where deeper support can generate the highest impact.
- Diagnose operational and commercial blockers impacting seller performance and collaborate with Ops, Product, Logistics, Moderation, and other internal teams to drive resolution.
- Work closely with BPO teams to support seller execution at scale, while personally handling high-potential sellers, complex cases, and critical growth opportunities.
- Capture seller feedback, common blockers, and successful growth practices to continuously improve seller playbooks, processes, and engagement strategies.
- Support pilots and new growth initiatives, ensuring fast execution, seller adoption, and continuous iteration based on results and seller feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills; comfortable engaging sellers directly across multiple channels and maintaining proactive follow-up.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand seller performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate data and business context into concrete actions.
- Results-driven and highly execution-oriented; willing to be hands-on and take ownership of seller progression from acquisition through growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify blockers, coordinate solutions, and follow through until execution is completed.
- High Oral/Written proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for this role due to cross functional collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving processes.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to follow through and close deals.
- Familiar with local market and seller ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
