Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

This role is nationalized in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and is only available to Saudi national citizens and any person who qualifies for equivalent status for Saudization purposes.

TikTok's Growth team helps businesses and brands unlock growth by connecting with their audiences through TikTok. Our team combines commercial expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help advertisers achieve their marketing goals and scale their businesses.

As an Account Manager (Growth), you will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of advertisers across MENA, with a focus on revenue growth, client success and product adoption. You will build trusted relationships with clients, identify opportunities to scale their investment and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their business objectives on TikTok.

Success in this position requires strong sales and account management skills, digital advertising expertise, analytical thinking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This keeps the core intent of the original role while making the commercial ownership clearer.

Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers across the Middle East, driving revenue growth and long-term client success.
- Build trusted relationships with advertisers, identifying opportunities to increase investment and scale their business on TikTok.
- Develop account strategies based on client objectives, performance, seasonality and market opportunities.
- Drive adoption of TikTok's advertising products, measurement solutions and best practices.
- Identify, reactivate and develop high-potential advertisers across the portfolio.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams to solve client challenges and unlock growth.
- Maintain strong sales discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, client engagement and opportunity planning.
- Share market and client insights to help shape TikTok's SMB strategy across the region.

- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of advertisers against commercial targets.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital and mobile advertising.
- Knowledge of self-service, auction and biddable digital advertising.

- Experience using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and develop client strategies.
- Passion for TikTok and helping businesses grow through the platform.
