Oct 27, 2023, 7:16:45 AM Hi All, i work in an education and training sector and las month my department messed up and sent wrong documents which lead the education body to have a developmental meeting to tell us what we did wrong, my ceo sat in that meeting and she hung us out to dry indicating that we failed her and she quite embarrassed and so on, soo the next day we ended up having a meeting and the owner asked us if we are afraid to speak up , do my one work peer said that she shouldn't have spoken to us the way she did in front of those people and the external members actually called us to ask if we are okay.........she LOST it going on and on about how incompetent we are and she will not speak to the staff because apparently they are afraid of her and she will deal with one person only she doesn't even want to look at them in meetings so they must not be included,imagine this so anyway forward a week now she has a braai for one department and she leaves our department out it seems like segregation ...
