Are there any internal employee groups, programs or initiatives that support women at your company?
Yes, we have a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Program, with focus areas such as talent acquisition, development, and engagement. The firm also offers Employee Resource groups to create a sense of community across the firm.
Fisher trains all employees on core diversity and inclusion concepts and holds Inclusive Leadership Workshops for all managers. Fisher also delivers two annual third-party administered engagement surveys to measure employee sentiment. These surveys give employees the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on our efforts to always be a great and inclusive workplace, where all feel they belong.
