To be a more useful resource, we’ve compiled the following publicly available “best companies for women” lists from third parties or other rankings of companies for gender-related issues. These lists are based on publicly available information and do not constitute an endorsement. Where companies also appear on one of Fairygodboss’
top-rated employers for women, we have indicated this with an asterix (*).
Each organization that publishes a list uses their own methodology and for complete and up-to-date information, you should consult each organization’s website.
Fortune’s first-ever list of the 50 Best Workplaces for Parents highlights companies with flexible scheduling, supportive coworkers, and an emphasis on balance. Rankings are determined by employee surveys and other office metrics.

GetLedbetter
Ledbetter is a research group that runs a database and application showcasing the number of women in leadership at the world’s top consumer brands and companies. It produces a gender equality index for company leadership. Their list is not a “best company” list per se; they simply rank companies based on the gender equality of their leadership team composition, so the higher the company’s position on the below list, the more gender equal their leadership team is.
